The Lighthouse Foundation offers free community sports initiatives for young adults.

Our free Brazillian Jiu Jitsu classes will begin on Wednesday 15^th February 2023, classes will take place at:

The timetable for Gi only classes will be on Wednesday’s:
Boy’s (8-14 years old) – 6:30 – 7:30pm
Men’s (15+) – 7:30 – 8:30pm
